PROCESSING TIME
Every finished knit we sell is Made To Order, which means that one of our team members will get started knitting your order by hand once your order is placed. Processing time from receipt of order to date shipped is approximately 5-10 business days. During our busy season (~Mid September through December), we will update our processing times and any cut off dates for holiday deadlines. Thank you for supporting our small business.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products (e.g., patterns) will be available to download immediately upon purchase. If you have any trouble or questions about your downloads, please email us at bearsdenessentials@gmail.com.
SHIPPING & LOST PACKAGES
All orders ship with tracking via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or your selected carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered once handed off to the carrier for shipping.
For lost packages:
File a claim directly with your carrier using the provided tracking number within their required timeframe (typically 15-60 days depending on service).
We provide all necessary documentation (receipt, tracking, proof of value) upon request, but you must initiate and pursue the carrier claim yourself.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost packages until the carrier claim is approved and paid out.
Once tracking shows "delivered" to your address (including porch/apartment/mailbox), the package is considered received by you regardless of whether you personally took possession.
