Do you take wholesale orders? If you are a retailer (in-store or online) who would like to sell our knits, we'd love to work with you! We will set up a meeting with you (virtual or in-person) to discuss the types of products we can offer, designs you would like us to produce (existing or original), and any specifics regarding the yarns to be used. We can knit with any type of yarn-- alpaca, sheep, ox, acrylic, blends. Following the meeting, we will produce knitted samples, pricing for our services, and design templates for approval. Upon approval, a production schedule will be devised and a contract drawn up. Please feel free to ask us for references to see examples of our services.

Do you take commissions? Yes, depending on what you would like to order, the cost will vary. We take commissions for new designs and variations upon our existing designs. Please email us with as much detail as possible (type of yarn (e.g., sheep's wool, alpaca, acrylic), color(s), and design). Once we have all the information we need, we will provide a design with one round of edits provided for free, $5 dollars for each additional round of edits. How long is your processing time before items are shipped? The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, all of our items are bespoke and made by hand, with care. We aim to ship out all of our items as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience as we put together the finest knits for you and your loved ones. For wholesale orders, we will agree upon a "ship by" timeline for each batch of knitted goods as part of our contract discussion.

We recommend combining your order and checking out all at once to help you save on shipping.

Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Digital downloads Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

What are your sizing details? All of our hats can be made to fit your desired specifications. We generally recommend most teens and adults opt for our Adult Size hats. Adult hats are 9” length, while Adult Large 9” length but wider, fits heads with a 24” circumference and up.

We also offer hats in Baby, Toddler, Child, and Adult Large sizes. If you are concerned about the sizing, please specify in your order, and we will be sure to get the right fit!

How should we care for our knits? We recommend hand washing our knits with a wool friendly wash like Eucalan or Wool-Ease. We know you'll be wearing your BDE original knits a lot, so spot dry or hand wash in cold water with detergent or shampoo. Do not twist. Squeeze in a towel. Shape and dry flat on a dry towel.
