RETURNS
As all of our finished products are made-to-order and often customized, we do not accept returns on finished items. We also do not accept returns of our knitting patterns or any other digital/downloadable items.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about sizing, materials, or pattern details so we can help you choose the right item for you. All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 2-day cancellation policy for all finished items, which means you have 2 days after you place your order to request a cancellation and receive a full refund. After that time, production will have begun and the order cannot be cancelled.
Knitting patterns and all digital/downloadable products are not eligible for cancellation at any time. Access to digital content is provided immediately after purchase and cannot be revoked once delivered.
To request a cancellation for a finished item within the 2-day window, contact us at bearsdenessentials@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to cancel. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGES & ISSUES (FINISHED ITEMS ONLY)
Please inspect your finished item upon receipt and contact us at bearsdenessentials@gmail.com promptly if it appears defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request photos and additional information to review the issue.
If we confirm a manufacturing or fulfillment issue with a finished item, we will determine an appropriate remedy at our discretion. Remedies may include repair or replacement where permitted by law. Monetary refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
All knitting patterns and other digital/downloadable products are sold as‑is for personal use by the original purchaser. Due to the nature of digital content, these items cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (U.S.)
When you purchase a pattern, you are granted a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the pattern to create finished items for yourself or as gifts. You may not:
Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell the pattern or any part of it in any format (digital, printed, or otherwise).
Upload or post the pattern (or substantial portions of it) online, in groups, or on file‑sharing platforms.
Claim the pattern or design as your own.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of our patterns may infringe our rights under U.S. copyright law. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in this policy and may pursue available legal remedies in cases of infringement.
LEGAL NOTE
These policies apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable U.S. law. If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
